1. Eligibility for Refund
Students may request a refund within 24 hours (1 day) of the course payment date.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of the payment by emailing support@epiclearneducation.com or calling 074 120 0659. After verification, we will process the refund request.
- The student must not have significantly accessed, downloaded, attended, or completed the course content.
- If course materials, recordings, downloadable resources, or learning platform access have been provided or accessed, Epic Learn Private Limited reserves the right to decline a refund request, even if the request is made within the 24-hour refund period.
- Refund requests submitted more than 24 hours after the payment date will not be considered.
2. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- The refund request is submitted more than 24 hours after the payment date.
- The student has already attended course sessions or accessed a substantial portion of the course materials.
- The student changes their mind after the 24-hour refund period.
- The student has completed part or full course content.
- The student has shared login credentials or account access with others.
- The account shows significant usage or activity (logins, downloads, video views).
- The student fails to provide required information or valid proof of payment for verification.
- The course access was provided as part of a bundle, scholarship, or free bonus offer.
3. How to Request a Payment Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team and provide the following information:
- Full Name
- Student Number
- Contact Number
- Course Name
- Payment Receipt or Transaction Reference Number
- Reason for the Refund Request
Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@epiclearneducation.com. You may also contact us by phone at 074 120 0659 for assistance. However, submitting an email request is mandatory for all refund claims.
4. Refund Processing
Once a refund request has been reviewed and approved:
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
5. Online Courses Only
Epic Learn Private Limited provides online educational courses and training programs only. We do not sell physical products through this website. Therefore, product return, exchange, and shipping policies do not apply.
